Drawing from their successful track record, Novamodus had previously implemented the Human Resource Suite for various Children's Aid Societies across Ontario, including the Catholic Children's Aid Society of Toronto, Family and Children's Services of Frontenac Lennox and Addington, Family and Children's Services of the Waterloo Region, and Highland Shores Children's Aid Society.
With Novamodus' extensive experience working with such organizations, CCASH found confidence in entrusting them with this pivotal project. In April 2022, Novamodus initiated the implementation process, employing our proprietary Indmodus methodology.
CCASH opted to implement multiple modules, encompassing Core HR, Recruiting, Absence, Time and Labour, Benefits, and Learning. Due to limited resources at CCASH, a phased implementation approach became necessary to ensure successful project delivery.
